Call Billing & Accounting (CA) is a business solution, by 2Ring, that is used for analyzing telco costs and budget control. It’s a tool for managing telco costs and also the time employees spend on the phone. User access rights ensure that managers can review calls made by subordinates, while staff can only review their own calls through a user friendly web UI or delivered as scheduled directly to users’ inboxes





CA is a very advanced and flexible call logging and billing application that provides statistics, phone call summaries, and other detailed call information as follows:

  • Monitor phone expenses of the entire company
  • Bring more transparency in phone bills
  • Help with the selection of tariff programs
  • Enable charging employees for private calls
  • Enable budget control to have a limit for each user/group usages
  • Lock IP phones for users who reached their budgeted limit quota
  • Send email notifications once a user reaches a specific percentage of the quota of the assigned amount limit

There is a number of pre-defined reports available already for use in the application and it is possible to create new reports or to customize current reports on request. CA can also serve as a managerial tool. It can split charges among branches or departments, or it can offer prepared data to other information systems for processing. It is possible to import electronic bills from telco providers or to processes CDR (Call Detail Record) data generated by your call control system.
