Turret Proxy Open Line Server (TPO)
The TPO is a feature controller application with dynamic conferencing capability that provides critical workflow features and functionals to all dispatch operators; Critical collaboration and communication capabilities include: multiple talk paths, shared one-touch connections and speed dial directories, unlimited barge-in and ad hoc conferencing, hoot n holler, intercom and voice recording integration.
Turret Support Server (TSS)
The TSS is a web-based software management application and database that enables system configuration and management and acts as a central repository for system data. It also provides secure authentication of user profiles and acts as a gateway to other enterprise information systems and applications.
IP Command Turret Desktop
IP Command offers command center operators a purpose-built, high-capacity user interface with rich graphical touch screen that unifies voice, video, data, and radio communications on fixed or mobile networks in a rugged, easy-to-use and customizable interface.
The turret enables dispatch professionals to quickly and easily visualize, prioritize and process simultaneous streams of communication using a handset, headset, microphone or combination.
